What is the difference between active and passive noise cancellation?
Active noise cancellation is something you actively turn on and off, i.e. an actual technology. Passive noise cancellation means that something is physically blocking the sound, which with ROCKit means that the in-ear earphone blocks the sound out by sitting in the ear. ROCKit has passive noise cancellation and non-active noise cancellation.
