You can pay by the following means of payment Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Mastercard, Mastercard Debet, Maestro, Mobilepay, ViaBill, Klarna, bank transfer and PayPal. All amounts are in EUR. All prices on sackit.eu include 25% VAT.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse or the invoice is issued.
However, the products will not be delivered until the payment is approved by the card issuer.
The data you submit in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL). Neither SACKit or others have the opportunity to read the data you provide.
For all card types and payments, we can only charge you for the amount you have ordered and can never charge a larger amount than you have authorized and approved.
Shipping and delivery
We ship for all countries within EU with a delivery time of 2-7 weekdays. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipment outside of EU has different delivery times – feel free to contact us at email@example.com for further information on delivery time. All shipment costs outside of EU will also be calculated at check out.
The estimated delivery time is 2-7 weekdays (within EU) after you receive the order confirmation. If the item is delayed compared to the expected delivery time, you will be notified of the expected delivery by e-mail or telephone. Delivery will take place on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. If you are not home when we are delivering, the carrier will leave a message in your mailbox. When you see, this message please contact, the shipping carrier to arrange a new delivery date.
If we do not have the item in stock, after you have paid, we will contact you and inform you about the matter and tell you the estimated delivery time or suggest another product. If you are not interested, we will cancel the purchase, and you get a full refund of the purchase price. Besides that repayment, you cannot make any claim against SACKit ApS.
When receiving the ordered item(s)
It is important to always check the package(s) you receive. Does the package have visible bumps or damages? You have the right to refuse to accept the delivery. You also have the opportunity to accept the package, but sign it with reservation. This way you will make sure that the carrier is responsible for any damage to the product during transportation.
You have 30 days to cancel your purchase after you receive the item(s). The 30 days start from the delivery date, and if you want to return an item, you must notify SACKit via e-mail or telephone. After notifying us, you have additional 14 days to return the item, in its original packaging and in substantially same condition as received. You are liable and responsible for the item until it has arrived at SACKit.
When returning, you are not entitled to a refund of the Nets fee.
You are allowed to test the product within the 30 days, but you are liable for any impairment - and SACKit estimates the impairment. We accept that you test the product as if it were in a physical store. If there is an impairment in connection with this, it will, therefore, be deducted from the price you paid.
The product must be sent back securely in protective packaging. When you exercise this right, you have to pay for freight to send the shipment back to us.
We will refund the money without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving the message that you will return the item. We may, however, obtain documentation that the goods have been sent before we pay. If we have a suspicion that there is an impairment, we can wait to repay the amount until the item has returned.
You can not regret by just refusing the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.
You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs for the return of the goods. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
Lack of original packaging may be a depreciation, so in order to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.
If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

Reclamations and complaints
We maintain a very high level of service and will do everything in our power to improve on this whenever possible. We take complaints very seriously and will do everything we can to resolve them as quickly as possible.
For non-delivery claims regarding your order shipment, any objection must be made within 4-5 working days of the order dispatch notice being sent to your e-mail.
For shipments damaged during transport, the claim needs to be raised as early as possible, after receiving the shipment. The damage needs to be documented. Pictures of the damage and the acknowledgement of damage from the courier can be sent to our customer service e-mail info (a) sackit.dk. The customer is required to provide SACKit with necessary documentation or information to identify his or she order. The customer may need to prove that he or she has made the purchase with a proof of payment.
All reclamations will only be handled when provided in writing. Any verbal reclamation will be disregarded. Reclamations can be emailed to info(a)sackit.dk.

SACKit.dk accepts price changes, typographical errors and sold items.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, Address, Tel. and email address.
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
The personal data are registered with SACKit ApS and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted.
The data responsible at sackit.dk is SACKit ApS.
Your information is not disclosed or sold to third parties.
As registered with SACKit ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and you can contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact email@example.com. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area if the conditions for this are met.
