Benches for restaurants, hotels and terraces
A bench seats several people at once and creates a calm, unified line in the room. It works at the long table in a restaurant, in a hotel entrance, in waiting areas or on the terrace – and can be placed against a wall where a row of chairs would take up more space.
We have benches for both indoor and outdoor use: Nordic Bench in solid wood with a seat in Terra leather for restaurants, meeting rooms, receptions and entrances. For outdoor use there are Patio Bench and Kirra Patio Bench in teak and powder-coated aluminium, which can stay outside all year round on terraces, in courtyards and outdoor dining areas – Kirra Patio Bench with backrest and armrests for extra comfort.

Nordic Bench
Nordic Bench is a bench in Danish design with a solid wood frame and an upholstered seat in Terra leather. Its simple, timeless design makes it easy to place in many different settings – at the dining table in a restaurant, in a hotel lobby, in the entrance or as seating in a reception area.

Nordic Bench
Three wood finishes
Nordic Bench is available with a frame in three different finishes, so the bench can suit both light, Nordic rooms and more striking interiors.
- Oak: solid oak treated with matt lacquer – a light, natural look where the grain of the wood stands out clearly
- Dark oak: solid oak with a dark-pigmented finish – warm and deep in colour
- Beech: solid beech treated with black lacquer – a classic, graphic look
As the frame is made of solid wood, each bench is unique and will naturally vary in colour and texture. Knots may occur as a natural part of the wood.

The seat is upholstered in Terra leather, which has a classic, timeless look and keeps its appearance over time. The surface is hard-wearing and soft with a natural grain, and the leather is resilient and easy to maintain – an obvious choice for busy settings where many people sit every day.

Care and cleaning
The wood is treated, making everyday maintenance easy. Clean the frame with a damp cloth, with a little washing-up liquid if needed. Avoid large amounts of water and chemical cleaning agents, as they can damage the wood.
Wipe the leather with a damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents on the leather, as they can damage the surface.

Kirra Patio Bench
Kirra Patio Bench is an outdoor bench with backrest and armrests, a frame in powder-coated aluminium and a seat and backrest in solid teak slats. The bench is part of our Kirra series and has a light, precise look that works equally well at an outdoor dining table, along a wall or in a lounge area.
The backrest and armrests give guests support during longer stays, making the bench well suited to hotel terraces, cafés, outdoor dining areas and communal spaces where people sit for a long time. The frame does not rust and requires no maintenance, so the bench can stay outside all year.

Kirra Patio Bench
Colours, cushions and storage
The powder-coated aluminium frame is light yet strong and withstands sun, rain and wind. Kirra Patio Bench is available in four colours, so the bench can be matched to the rest of the outdoor setting:

- Taupe
- Olive
- Chestnut
Matching cushions for both seat and backrest are available, following the lines and dimensions of the bench. They add extra comfort and make it possible to adapt the look to the setting.
The bench can be stacked, making it easy to store outside the season.
Kirra Patio Bench
Teak and patina
The seat and backrest are made of solid teak, which naturally contains resin and oils that protect the wood from moisture. This makes the bench suitable for staying outside all year round. As teak is a natural material, colour and grain vary slightly from bench to bench.
Left untreated, teak develops a silver-grey patina over time, which many venues choose precisely for its calm look. To keep the warm, golden tone, treat the wood regularly with teak oil. For daily cleaning, a damp cloth with a little mild detergent is enough.

Patio Bench
Patio Bench is an elegant outdoor bench with a frame in powder-coated aluminium and a seat of solid teak slats. The bench is part of our Patio series, where the simple, rectangular design is softened by the rounded legs.
The bench can be used on its own or together with Patio Dining Table and is ideal for hotel terraces, restaurant outdoor dining, courtyards and other outdoor areas where the furniture needs to stay outside all year.

Construction and lengths
The powder-coated aluminium frame is light, strong and resistant to weather and wind. Combined with the solid teak seat, it makes for a robust construction built to be used.

The teak
Teak naturally has a high resin content, which protects the wood. That is why Patio Bench can stay outside all year round. As the seat is made of wood, each bench is unique and will vary in colour.
Teak can last for many years without treatment, but over time it develops a silver-grey patina from sun and rain. To keep the warm, golden colour, the wood must be treated regularly with teak oil.
