Warranty

For us, it's not just about creating beautiful furniture and innovative accessories, but also about making sure our customers feel safe and satisfied with their purchase. If you care for and use your furniture as recommended, but still experience faults, we will provide you with either a repair or replacement. In cases where a solution cannot be found based on the above, such as discontinued items or missing spare parts, we can also offer an equivalent product in the same price range or a reasonable price reduction.

5-year warranty on furniture

SACKit offers a standard 5-year extended warranty on material and manufacturing defects for all furniture products.
When purchasing lounge chairs/beanbag chairs or hammocks, the warranty does not cover the decorative stitching. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover compression of the beanbag filling over time, as we recommend refilling with extra EPS-beads.

2-year warranty on accessories, electronics and lighting products

Accessories, electronics, and lighting products have a standard 2-year warranty/right of complaint.

For all products,the warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear or damage to upholstery.
Improper use and application
Lack of or improper maintenance or improper storage contrary to SACKit's recommendations and maintenance guides
Third-party materials used on the product or modification of the product
More intensive or abnormal use of the item than what can reasonably be expected for normal private use

Payment

You can pay by the following means of payment Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Mastercard, Mastercard Debet, Maestro, Mobilepay, ViaBill, Klarna, bank transfer and PayPal. All amounts are in EUR. All prices on sackit.eu include 25% VAT.

Payment will be processed on your account when the product is dispatched from our warehouse or when the invoice is issued.
When paying with a credit or debit card (for example Visa or MasterCard) the payment will be reserved until the payment has been processed.
The maximum reservation time depends on the cart type, which your card issuer, such as your bank, can inform you about.
If you experience that a reservation has not been annulled, please contact your card issuer, since it is only your card issuer who has the power to annul a reservation.

Note! When paying with PayPal, the amount will be drawn no later than 3 days, as they can not be reserved for a longer period of time. We always strive to send orders as soon as possible, but by eg. Holidays and public holidays may may cause extended delivery time.

However, the products will not be delivered until the payment is approved by the card issuer.

The data you submit in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL). Neither SACKit or others have the opportunity to read the data you provide.

For all card types and payments we can only charge you for the amount you have ordered and can never charge a larger amount than you have authorized and approved.

Shipping and delivery

We ship for all countries within EU with a delivery time of 2-7 weekdays. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipment outside of EU has different delivery times – feel free to contact us at info@sackit.dk for further information on delivery time. All shipment costs outside of EU will also be calculated at check out.

If the chosen ParcelShop is full, your package will be delivered to the nearest available ParcelShop. If you chose home delivery and you are not home for the delivery, your package will be redirected to a nearby ParcelShop.

NOTE:

All purchase of goods from outside the European Union is with the delivery term “Ex Works Denmark” in accordance with Incoterms 2010.
Meaning: freight charges and all local duties/taxes are payable by the buyer/consumer.

The estimated delivery time is 2-7 weekdays (within EU) after you receive the order confirmation. If the item is delayed compared to the expected delivery time, you will be notified of the expected delivery by e-mail or telephone. If you are not home when we are delivering, the carrier will leave a message in your mailbox. When you see, this message please contact, the shipping carrier to arrange a new delivery date. If we do not have the item in stock, after you have paid, we will contact you and inform you about the matter and tell you the estimated delivery time or suggest another product. If you are not interested, we will cancel the purchase, and you get a full refund of the purchase price. Besides that repayment, you cannot make any claim against SACKit ApS.

When receiving the ordered item(s) It is important to always check the package(s) you receive. Does the package have visible bumps or damages? You have the right to refuse to accept the delivery. You also have the opportunity to accept the package, but sign it with reservation. This way you will make sure that the carrier is responsible for any damage to the product during transportation.

Return policy

SACKit offers 30 days of cancellation on all items. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the date of receipt of your item or the physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually. You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to support@sackit.dk or by using the return form (download, right to and upload in PDF or print and attach the return package). In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return costs must be borne by yourself.

You can not cancel your purchase by refusing the receipt of the item without giving us clear notice of your cancellation. In such situations, the return shipping fees, as well as any duties, taxes, and additional charges added by the carrier, will be deducted from your refunded purchase.

Return

You must send your order back to us in Denmark without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. We will answer your inquiry with further progress of the return, as well as return address. You must pay the direct costs for the return of the goods. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Lack of original packaging may be a depreciation, so in order to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.

If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.

Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted. We will refund the amount within 14 days from the date we have received a notice of your decision to withdraw the agreement if we have received the item return or return documentation.

We will return the money with the same payment method you used to purchase.
We do not receive packages without shipment or packages sent per. COD.

Reclamations and complaints

We maintain a very high level of service and will do everything in our power to improve on this whenever possible. We take complaints very seriously and will do everything we can to resolve them as quickly as possible.

For non-delivery claims regarding your order shipment, any objection must be made within 4-5 working days of the order dispatch notice being sent to your e-mail.

For shipments damaged during transport, the claim needs to be raised as early as possible, after receiving the shipment. The damage needs to be documented. Pictures of the damage and the acknowledgement of damage from the courier can be sent to our customer service e-mail info@sackit.dk. The customer is required to provide SACKit with necessary documentation or information to identify his or she order. The customer may need to prove that he or she has made the purchase with a proof of payment. All reclamations will only be handled when provided in writing. Any verbal reclamation will be disregarded. Reclamations can be emailed to info@sackit.dk.

NOTE

Product faults and defects are resolved by repair, replacement of individual parts or a refund of the purchase price. SACKit assesses and decides which solution is chosen. A purchase receipt is mandatory to claim the warranty.

Misusage - giftcard offers

We reserve the right to cancel orders if giftcard offers, email signups offers etc. are deliberately missused.
The offer for e-mail signup applies once for each person.
In case of abuse, SACKit reserves the right to cancel the order. In addition, reservations are made for price and text errors and sold out items.
Only one discount voucher/gift card per order is permitted.

Privacy Policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, Address, Tel. and email address. We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. The personal data are registered with SACKit ApS and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted. The data responsible at sackit.dk is SACKit ApS. Your information is not disclosed or sold to third parties. As registered with SACKit ApS, you are always entitled to object to the registration.
