At sackit, we want you to always be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product or make a complaint, we aim to make the process as simple as possible.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can do so by completing our online withdrawal form.

Once we have received your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for the return process. Return shipping costs are borne by you as the customer.

How to return your goods

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item to us within 14 days after informing us of your decision. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item and for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
