Outdoor dining chairs for outdoor dining areas and terraces
At the tables on the terrace, in the courtyard or in the outdoor dining area, the chairs are what guests notice most. They need to be comfortable through a whole meal, withstand the weather and be easy for staff to move around and put away after the season.
We have three outdoor dining chairs in two different styles: Kirra Patio Chair in powder-coated aluminium and teak with armrests, and Patio Chair no. One in recycled plastic and powder-coated steel – as S1 with one shell and S2 with two shells and a more enveloping seat. All three can stay outside all year round and suit hotels, restaurants, cafés and communal areas.

Kirra Patio Chair
Kirra Patio Chair is an outdoor dining chair with a frame in powder-coated aluminium and a seat and backrest in solid teak slats. The chair belongs to the Kirra series and can be combined with the series' tables and benches, so the entire outdoor area gets a consistent look.
The armrests provide support when guests stay seated after the meal, and the low weight makes the chair easy for staff to move around. Aluminium does not rust, so the chair can stay out on the hotel terrace, at the restaurant's outdoor dining area or in the courtyard all year.

Kirra Patio Chair
Colours, cushion and stacking
Kirra Patio Chair is available in four colours that run through the rest of the Kirra series:
- Noir
- Taupe
- Olive
- Chestnut
For the chair there is Kirra Patio Chair Cushion, developed to the chair's dimensions. The cover is in hard-wearing olefin with high lightfastness (7–8), and a strap at the back keeps the cushion in place, even when the chairs are used every day. The cushion is available in Noir, Olive and Sand.
The chairs can be stacked, so they take up less space when they need to be put away after closing or stored outside the season.
Kirra Patio Chair
Teak and patina
Teak contains natural oils and resin that protect it from moisture – which is why the chair can stay outside. The wood is a natural material, so colour and grain vary slightly from chair to chair.
Left untreated, teak develops a silver-grey patina over time. To keep the golden tone, treat the wood regularly with teak oil. For daily cleaning, a damp cloth is enough, with a little mild detergent for more stubborn dirt.

Patio Chair no. One S1
Patio Chair no. One S1 has a moulded shell in recycled plastic on a frame in powder-coated steel. The shell follows the body and gives good back support, so the chair is comfortable through a whole meal – even without a cushion.
S1 can be stacked because the legs run outside the shape of the shell. This makes it practical in cafés, restaurants and canteens with outdoor seating, where many chairs need to be put in place every day and stored away after the season.

Patio Chair no. One
Colours and materials
The shell has added UV stabiliser, so the colour lasts even when the chair stands in full sun. The seat has a drainage hole so rainwater runs off, and both shell and frame can stay outside in all weathers. The chair is produced in Europe.
Patio Chair no. One is available in four combinations of shell and frame:
- Taupe shell with black frame
- Black shell with black frame
- Taupe shell with taupe frame
- Olive shell with black frame
Clean the chair with a damp cloth and a little mild detergent if needed.

Patio Chair no. One S2
Patio Chair no. One S2 is based on the same design as S1 but consists of two moulded shells that together create a wider, more enveloping seat. This adds support and comfort and makes the chair ideal where guests stay seated for a long time – at dinners on the hotel terrace, in the wine bar or in the restaurant courtyard.
The frame is the same powder-coated steel as on S1, and the chair is available in the same four colour combinations. Because of its embracing shape, S2 cannot be stacked.

Patio Chair no. One
Cushions for S1 and S2
For Patio Chair no. One there are two types of cushion:
- Cushion: a thin seat cushion (45 x 44 cm) with a non-slip back that simply lies on the seat
- Cushion Full: a cover cushion that covers seat and backrest and gives the chair a fully upholstered look. It is held in place by an elastic band at the back
Both cushions have covers in olefin and a filling of quick-drying outdoor foam, so they can get wet. They are available in colours from the Cobana and Kirra series, so the cushions can be matched with sofas and other furniture in the outdoor area.
