Urban Food Studio in Aalborg is a place where food, fire and atmosphere merge — and where the surroundings are always part of the experience. Chef Mikael Kopp works without a script and with an uncompromising ambition to elevate every element in the room, from produce to atmosphere.
Soft Sofa Outdoor fits naturally into that universe. The soft shapes and weather-resistant materials of the modules give Urban Food Studio the flexibility to shape the outdoor space to the format of the evening — an intimate Chef's Table, a lively outdoor event or an informal gathering under the open sky. A sofa that withstands the Danish weather without compromising on comfort — and that sits as if it belonged there.

Nordic Bar Stool is designed for exactly that moment — with a seat in natural oak and a frame that combines simplicity with solid craftsmanship. The stool comes in several heights, so it suits both bar counters and high tables, and the leather upholstery can be customised across sackit's full range of materials, so it matches the look of the venue rather than just filling a seat.
At Urban Food Studio, we have delivered the stool in a look that holds its own — discreet, durable and with just the right weight for a bar that takes its craft seriously.
Lighting as part of the experience
At Urban Food Studio, the atmosphere begins before you sit down. At the entrance, Light 155 welcomes guests with a warm, diffused light — battery-powered and cordless, ready for use whatever the format. Inside, the Oslo lamp in solid smoked oak lights up the beautiful surroundings with a light that matches the venue's approach to craftsmanship and aesthetics: simple, beautiful and with substance.
On the terrace, the New York lamp takes over — inspired by the subdued atmosphere of jazz bars, IP67-rated for the open weather and controlled via Bluetooth in the sackit app, so the brightness can be adapted to the mood of the evening as the sun disappears over the water. Three lamps. One cohesive light. No cables in the way.
