    How do I charge my Active 200?

    It’s up to you whether you want to charge you Active 200 wirelessly, for example using one of our CHARGEit models, or with the included cable.

    Will Active 200 fit my ears?

    3 different sizes of ear tips are included with Active 200, small, medium, and large, as well as two different sizes of ear hooks, which ensures that you get a great fit regardless of your ear size. Furthermore, Active 200 has an ergonomic design which gives you a comfortable fit.

    Can I use Active 200 for running?

    Active 200 are perfect for running! They have a maximum secure fit thanks to the ear hooks, can easily be controlled with direct touch on the earbuds, and they’re IPX7 waterproof so you don’t have to worry about sweat or rain on your run.

The fabric is produced in the same area as the product, meaning that unnecessary shipping is minimized. The wireless charger is packed and shipped in plastic-free packaging. Instead, we’ve used FSC® certified paper and carton.
