How do I charge my Rock 100 Qi?
You can choose whether you want to charge your Rock 100 Qi wirelessly on e.g. one of our CHARGEit models or with the included cable.
Does Rock 100 Qi fit in my ears?
Yes, they fit all sizes. 3 ear tips are included.
How do I put Rock 100 Qi in my ear?
You put your Rock 100 Qi in your ear and then turn it until it sits comfortably.

Can the case be charged wirelessly?
Yes, it can easily be charged on a wireless charger like CHARGEit.
Can I buy new ear tips?
Yes, it's possible to buy extra here.
Do they fall out during active sports?
No - Rock 100 Qi is created for an active lifestyle and fits well in the ear, partly because you can choose the size in-ear tips that fit your ear.
Can I run wearing Rock 100 Qi?
Yes you can! They fit snugly in your ear, so you don't have to worry about them suddenly falling out. In addition, Rock 100 Qi is IPX 5 water resistant, which means you do not have to worry about sweat or rain on your run.
Can they tolerate sweat?
Yes Rock 100 Qi is IPX 5 approved and can therefore tolerate water spray from all angles.
How is Rock 100 Qi charged?
The Rock 100 Qi case is charged on a wireless charger like CHARGEit or with the supplied charging cable which you place in an adapter. The earbuds themselves are charged when you place them in the case.
What is the difference between active and passive noise cancellation?
Active noise cancellation is something you actively turn on and off, i.e. an actual technology. Passive noise cancellation means that something is physically blocking the sound, which with Rock 100 Qi means that the in-ear earphone blocks the sound out by sitting in the ear. Rock 100 Qi has passive noise cancellation and non-active noise cancellation.
