Hereafter referred to as the “competition organiser”.
By participating in the competition you agree that the competition organiser may collect, use and store your information for the purpose of the competition and in accordance with the terms stated below. By signing up you also consent to receive our newsletter containing information about news, products, offers and events. You may unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting info@sackit.dk.
The competition organiser accepts no responsibility for technical errors that prevent participation. The organiser may cancel or modify the competition in case of suspected abuse, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, without liability towards participants (participant rights remain unaffected).
Prize
The prize in the competition consists of one (1) gift card worth 150 €, which can be used on sackit.eu for one (1) year from the date of issue. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card can be used across multiple orders during its validity period, but any remaining balance at the time of expiry will be forfeited and cannot be saved, paid out in cash or transferred to later purchases.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded. No cash alternative is offered.
The name and e-mail address of the winner must be provided to the competition organiser upon request to ensure proper delivery of the prize. If the information is not provided within the specified time frame (7 days), the prize will be forfeited. The name will only be published with consent (e.g. first name + city) on www.sackit.eu.
Participation
You enter the competition by signing up for the SACKit newsletter via the pop-up on the website www.sackit.eu. Participants who attempt to manipulate the competition will be disqualified.
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration, have a valid e-mail address and a valid postal address within the area serviced by SACKit.
Please note that you may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, but you must be an active subscriber at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
Employees of SACKit and their household members are not eligible to participate.
Competition Period
The competition runs from 12 November 2025 to 1 December 2025.
The prize is awarded to one randomly selected winner from among all those who have subscribed to the newsletter in the period. The selection is made using a random generator. The winner will be notified directly by e-mail and must respond within seven (7) days. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
Winner
The winner is drawn at random and announced on this website after the end of the competition.
