Guide: Which headphones should you choose?
In-ear, on-ear or over-ear?
In this guide, you'll get help choosing the right SACKit headphones based on whether you should choose one of our on-ear, over-ear, or in-ear models. We explain the differences between in-ear, on-ear, and over-ear headphones so that you know the advantages and disadvantages of the models before making a decision.

In-ear headphones
In-ear headphones, also known as earbuds, sit in your ear like earplugs. These headphones are easy to take on the go as they take up almost no space or weight and have a long battery life. All SACKit models are True Wireless earbuds, which means you connect to your device via Bluetooth, eliminating the need for tangled wires. No wire - no hassle!
In-ears are perfect for workouts as they are very lightweight and therefore don't bother you when you move. Furthermore, earbuds are great for all-around everyday use, where they can easily be a permanent fixture in your bag due to the small size of the case.
On-ear headphones
These headphones are medium-sized and have flat ear cushions that are designed to rest on the outside of the ear and not cover the ear completely. With SACKit on-ear headphones, you get great, powerful sound without being completely isolated from the outside world. While the closed over-ear models keep ambient sound completely out, on-ear lets in a controlled amount of ambient sound, which is quite beneficial if you use the headphones in city life and can keep track of traffic and the like.
Furthermore, the ear cup size of our on-ear models means that the headphones don't get too hot on your ears when exercising, for example. On-ear headphones are great for office use, transport or training.
Over-ear headphones
Over-ear headphones wrap around your ears for increased comfort and a rich soundscape. As the headphones wrap around the ear, ambient sounds are blocked out even before Active Noise Cancellation is activated, so you can focus on your favourite music or podcast and not the noise around you.
The over-ear model is ideal when you want to immerse yourself and have peace and quiet from your surroundings, for example on a flight or in open office environments.
