Window Lamps
A window lamp lights up the room from the inside and gives the window a warm glow from the outside when it gets dark. Here you will find lamps for the windowsill that can stand without a cable.

Find the right window lamp
A windowsill is often narrow and far from a socket. That is why a small, cordless window lamp works well there. It should stand steady and give warm light, so the window looks inviting from both the living room and the street.
Small window lamp without a cable
Ambience Lamp Intelligent+ is 9 cm in diameter and fits most windowsills. In a base from the Ambience series it becomes a taller standing window lamp. London comes in three heights from 5.4 to 9.9 cm, and Aalborg is 35 cm tall with opal glass. See more cordless table lamps.
Standing or hanging window lamp?
A standing window lamp sits on the windowsill and can be moved when you clean the window or decorate for Christmas. A hanging window lamp hangs from the ceiling or window frame and usually needs a cable down to the socket. The lamps here stand on the sill and run on a battery, so there is no cable running down the wall.
Light in several windows
If you have several windows, you can put a lamp in each one and control them together in the sackit app, which can connect up to 100 lamps. Both Ambience Lamp Intelligent+ and Light 155 can be controlled from the app.
Cold and condensation on the windowsill
In winter a windowsill can get cold and damp. Lamp Intelligent+ and Light 155 are IP67 rated and handle both moisture and temperatures down to -20 °C.
From the windowsill to the terrace
In summer the lamp can move out onto the balcony or terrace, because it withstands rain. Light 155 lasts over 24 hours at 50% brightness, so it can handle a long summer evening outside. See our outdoor lamps.
Safety in the window
Do not put lamps with a naked flame on the windowsill, where curtains can come too close. A battery lamp gives the same warm glow with no fire risk.
