Soft Sofa Outdoor is designed for outdoor living and has become one of our most popular sofas. A soft, shape-retaining sofa without a frame, created to deliver high comfort under open skies. The expression is calm and inviting and forms a deliberate contrast to the more robust outdoor surroundings. The comfort is the same as you expect indoors, simply made to live outside.

The sofa is easy to move around but remains stable once placed. With the integrated handle strap it can easily be moved from the terrace to the garden, from sun to shade, or gathered where outdoor life unfolds. The construction provides flexibility without feeling light or unstable.

Soft Sofa Outdoor is built with shredded foam packed in water-repellent polyester bags, ensuring both comfort and shape over time. The cover is available in durable olefin textile or Sunproof Bouclé made from 100% acrylic. Both materials are developed for outdoor use with high lightfastness and resistance to sun, wind and rain. The sofa can remain outdoors all year and is always ready to use.

How do I clean the sofa?

Olefin and Sunproof Bouclé are easy to maintain. In most cases the sofa can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For the best result we recommend using our Textile Cleaner.

What is cold foam?

Cold foam is a type of foam commonly used in furniture upholstery. It is made from polyurethane and is known for its breathability, elasticity and low weight.

How is the sofa assembled?

The sofa does not require assembly but is simply placed in the desired configuration. This makes it easy to move and adjust when needed.

Can I change the configuration?

Yes. Modular sofas are designed to be flexible, allowing you to change the layout as your needs evolve. The corner module can be reversed and is therefore not limited to a right or left side.

Olefin

Most of our outdoor fabrics, including Kirra, Cobana and Reesse, are made from olefin, a material that is particularly well suited for outdoor living. Olefin is available in different qualities, and we have chosen one of the best on the market from Sunproof, ensuring that the material maintains both its color and strength over time, even with intensive use and exposure to sun and weather.

The material is developed to withstand the demands of outdoor use and is characterized by:

  • Color fastness of 7–8 on a scale of 8, meaning the material will not fade in the sun in practice
  • High UV resistance, preventing the material from degrading over time when exposed to sunlight
  • Resistance to mold, mildew, stains, and abrasion
  • Water-repellent and quick-drying properties, making it suitable for changing weather conditions
  • Also used in maritime environments, among the most demanding conditions, underlining its durability

Olefin is also easy to maintain and simple to clean. As the material does not absorb moisture, mold and mildew cannot develop, making it ideal for everyday outdoor use without hassle.

Cold foam in water-resistant polyester liners

Cold foam in water-resistant polyester liners is a flexible and durable filling solution well suited for outdoor furniture. The cold foam consists of recycled foam remnants that are given new life, without compromising comfort or performance.

The foam is enclosed in water-resistant polyester liners that reduce moisture absorption in the filling and absorb water more slowly than traditional fillings. This allows the furniture to maintain its shape and dry faster after outdoor use.

The loose structure makes the filling adaptable and comfortable, shaping naturally to the body while remaining robust enough for repeated use. It can easily be fluffed back into shape and retains its functionality over time.

The combination of cold foam and water-resistant polyester liners creates a durable, comfortable, and responsible material choice for outdoor furniture – made to be used, moved, and lived with season after season. That's why we use it in our outdoor range and offer a 5-year warranty*.

Boucle

Our bouclé fabric is made from high quality acrylic. The small loops in the yarn create a soft and lively texture with a look reminiscent of lambswool. This adds a warm and tactile character to the furniture while the material is developed for outdoor use.

Acrylic is naturally UV resistant and has a very high lightfastness rating of 8 on a scale from 1 to 8, which is the highest classification. This means the colours maintain their clarity even after prolonged exposure to sunlight. At the same time, the material is resistant to moisture and can withstand both chlorine and salt water, making it suitable for outdoor environments near pools, terraces and the sea.

The fabric is durable and tested for high resistance to everyday use while remaining easy to maintain and clean. The Champagne fabric is made from organically certified textile, ensuring the material is produced under controlled conditions. A thoughtful material choice that combines comfort, durability and a calm, elegant look for outdoor living.

With a convenient handle on the back, it's easy to move the sofa from the terrace to the garden. Or load a couple of modules into a trailer and bring them over to the neighbor's. The Soft Sofa is created for those who want flexibility without compromising on style and comfort.

Durable materials

When you invest in an outdoor sofa, it should stand up to sun, rain, and wind. Soft Sofa is upholstered in a tightly woven Sunproof outdoor fabric and is available in Olefin or Sunproof Bouclé (100% acrylic). Both textiles are UV-resistant, quick-drying, and resistant to mould. With very high lightfastness, the colours remain true over time.

The filling consists of cold foam packed in water-repellent polyester bags. This ensures lasting comfort and a long service life. With a Martindale abrasion rating of 80,000+, the fabric is extremely durable, helping the sofa maintain its appearance season after season.
